The Learning DNA process

Focussed, personalised and results driven (with a results promise). Book your child’s 360 degree assessment now to unlock your child’s potential. We offer both in-person or remote assessments. All our assessments are run by L7 assessors or clinical psychologists & we comply with SASC and NICE guidelines.

    Step 1: Assess and Prioritise

    As a parent, sometimes it's hard to know how to help your child. If you’re struggling to find the support you need, or you don’t know where to start - we are your answer.

    The first step on your journey with us is a free 15 minute consultation. Here you can discuss your concerns with our specialists. We will tell you there and then if we can help.

    If we can help, your child will undergo a 360 degree assessment which takes just 90 minutes (online or in person) and we will give you all the answers you need, based on data and our 45 years of combined experience in education.

    Step 2: 360 Degree Report

    After our 360 degree assessment, we take time to discuss your child’s results with you so you know how to help and support your child.

    Any further work with us is optional, but we will then suggest next steps (including how we can help), which details what support your child needs, in order of priority.

    You will also receive a 6-8 page report, backed by validated data, which includes recommendations for the way your child would be best supported. This includes simple to follow strategies for various aspects of their life.

  • Step 3: (Optional) Diagnostic Assessments

    Following the completion of our initial assessments and the delivery of the 360 degree report, we then tailor a step by step plan of action for your child. We prefer to deliver support for your child prior to seeking a diagnosis.

    However, we do offer private ADHD, Autism Spectrum Assessments, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia diagnostic assessments should you wish to pursue a diagnosis. You can opt for a private assessment at any point (interest free).

    Our diagnostic pathway is entirely optional but we have clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, ADHD nurses and Educational Psychologists on hand for you at any time.

    Step 4: Therapeutic Support Plans

    We get to the root cause of your child’s weaker areas rather than just working around them, and this is what sets us and our work apart.

    We will diagnose your child if that’s right for you. But more importantly, we get the results your child needs to feel happier, less anxious, and more confident about school and life generally.

    Your child may require support like vision therapy, sensory support, personalised tutoring, or support with their motor skills… whatever they need, we are the team who can provide this support for you.

    What’s more, we offer in person or remote therapeutic interventions, and we use cutting edge technology to continually monitor your child’s progress to ensure we get results.

With over 45 years of combined experience in education, we understand the complexities of supporting children who feel anxious; who are struggling academically, or who are feeling disengaged from school.

With a team of dedicated specialists; including experienced SENCOs, specialist dyslexia teachers, ADHD and Autism experts, occupational therapists, and behavioural optometrists, we have assisted thousands of children with a range of learning needs.

We are the first multi-disciplinary education clinic in the UK to bring all of these services together under one roof.
